LIU Sola & Friends Ensemble

"Traditionally we thought about music as being solely melody. Liu Sola's music taught us that music can be rhythm. Of course this is common knowledge.

When the ancients started to make sounds they were close to nature and were expressing joy and suffering carelessly sighing, howling crying whispering shouting and, dancing... All being spontaneous expressions of the heart that don't take the form of melody and harmonics but associate with rhythm.

We don't have the proof of this; we can only follow Liu Sola in her explorations of sounds. Every time we follow her in the past our heart lightens and purifies".

Assisting at a show of the "Liu Sola and Friends Ensemble" is like watching a nice and good looking representation.

She was born free and age did not weigh on her music quite the contrary. Sometimes she resembles a punk singer who goes from a hoarse whisper to a roaring cry, like in a bird song, that shines reflexions of rock, black blues and jazz, in her music. She speaks with wonderful gestures and enjoys the stage, sings freely, and thirsty she downs a bottle.

In contrast, I act so conventionally! My salutations to the Liu Sola & Friends Ensemble!

Liu Sola and Friends Concert Ensemble has a different "look" and feel today. 9 years ago it did not convey this much joy and warmth. The sound now portrays a merry mix of Central and Western, blues-adjusted "alternative", so that its music today is earthly and accessible and it also conveys a vibrant culture; a brilliant culture...
- the musical virtuosity seem to flow through time and space
- the soul of drums is time inspired and forms a pure and fresh dance like after a pouring rain
- the flow across the West and East produces a gorgeous and colorful rainbow,
- the incisive feeling of a heartfelt and happy musical entertainment
- the concert is High Culture conveying an innocent atmosphere that makes it accessible to all
The spirit of Sola's music surfs on nature and time... it warms the heart and stimulates life... Congratulations. Thumbs up!
